Terms of Use
Last updated: July 19, 2026 · This agreement (EULA) applies to your use of the yuki app and website.
1. Your account
You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum digital-consent age in your country) to use yuki. You're responsible for your account and for keeping your sign-in method secure. One pet at a time per account — that's the fun of it.
2. Your content
You own the videos, photos, and text you post. By posting, you grant yuki a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, store, transcode, display, and distribute that content within the service — that's what lets other users see your pet. The license ends when you delete the content or your account, except for ordinary backup cycles.
Only post content you have the right to share. Don't post other people's videos or music you don't have permission to use.
3. Objectionable content — zero tolerance
yuki has no tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Content that violates our Community Guidelines — including animal cruelty or neglect, sexual content, violence, harassment, hate, spam, or content that isn't about pets — may be removed without notice, and accounts that post it may be suspended or terminated. Every video has built-in Report and Block tools; reports are reviewed and acted on promptly, typically within 24 hours.
4. Acceptable use
- Don't attempt to access other users' accounts or data.
- Don't scrape, spam, artificially inflate engagement, or interfere with the service's operation.
- Don't use yuki for anything unlawful.
5. The service
yuki is provided "as is", without warranties of any kind. We work hard to keep it running, but we can't promise uninterrupted availability, and features may change as the app evolves. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability arising out of your use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us to use it (currently: nothing).
6. Termination
You can stop using yuki and delete your account at any time in Profile → Settings → Delete account. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the Community Guidelines.
7. Changes to these terms
If we make material changes, we'll update this page and the date above. Continuing to use yuki after changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.
